The pizza salvatore Story

Born from a family love of Neapolitan tradition, Salvatore Pizza opened its doors in Magog, Québec in 2009 with a single wood-fired oven and an unwavering commitment to quality. Founder Salvatore Ricci brought his grandfather's recipes from Naples, refining each one with locally sourced Canadian ingredients.

What began as a cozy neighbourhood pizzeria quickly earned a devoted following. Word spread quickly throughout the Eastern Townships — the flavours were unmistakably authentic, the dough slow-fermented for 48 hours, the sauce made from vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes. pizza salvatore was no longer just a meal; it was an experience.

Today, Salvatore Pizza serves thousands of guests every month across Canada, never compromising on the values that made us great — handcrafted quality, warm hospitality, and the honest joy of sharing a magnificent pizza.

Our Mission & salvatore pizza Values

At Salvatore Pizza, our values are the foundation of every decision we make — from selecting our ingredients to welcoming each guest through our door.

Authentic Ingredients

We source only the finest ingredients — San Marzano tomatoes, 00-grade Italian flour, and fresh local produce — because your taste buds deserve nothing less.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Our dough is hand-stretched and slow-fermented for 48 hours. Every pizza is a work of art, baked at 500°C for that perfect char and chew that defines pizza salvatoré.

Community First

Rooted in Magog since 2009, we believe in giving back. We partner with local farms, support community events, and are proud to call Québec home.

Uncompromising Quality

From the first slice to the last, consistency is everything. Our kitchen follows strict quality standards to ensure every pizza that leaves our oven is exceptional.

"

Our mission is simple: to serve the most authentic, soul-warming pizza in Canada — one handcrafted slice at a time — and to make every guest feel like family.
